”It's like a game of hide-and-seek for her.”

In the end, all kids want to do is play. Who knows, maybe the killer girl who behaves like a genetically modified supervillain in this episode thought the entire time that she was playing games with the astronauts, only her games involve a lot of blood, ripped-off hands, and people dying. There is nothing more fun than winning a battle when one member of the opposing team loses an arm and then croaks straight into the afterlife.

Finally, something was happening in this show. Instead of continuing to watch the characters walk down hallways and in circles, trying to find out what happened at the Balhae station, they now get to walk in circles, chasing after a kid who behaves like a humanoid extraterrestrial. Plus, with the added danger of an intruder who kills, the level of tension and action has risen a little, with the characters even using their loaded pistols. It's good to see that the characters were now facing a threat they could see with their own eyes and potentially fight against, although I am expecting the girl to be seen as a victim in all of this. After all, she is a survivor, she is clearly wounded, and Dr. Song has been the most morally stable member of the crew, so I can sense the construction of an emotional connection here, used as a plot device to turn the girl into an ally later when the real threat emerges.

After all, the characters haven't noticed yet that a spy walks among them. It's almost like the show is pushing all the right buttons to turn this science-fiction show into a conspiracy murder thriller.

Spies should watch out when to openly communicate with their spy friends.
