”Your resident's over there. If you wanna avoid another suicide, you might wanna check on him.”
Nestor is ruining everyone's lives, just as the other characters were saying. Things are blowing up in his face because he couldn't be straight with Patricia, and because she is a hard nut to crack who was never destined to be a romantic interest for Nestor. No, she is still the villain of the story, who also happens to be the right-wing president of Valencia, with the plan to privatize healthcare. That story could get a little more dangerous with Patricia experiencing what it's like not getting full and complete healthcare, and Nestor not being fully open with his famous and public patient.
But RESPIRA has shown itself by now that it only cares about the relationships between the characters instead of the medicine of its genre. Biel and Jesica are trying to figure things out, and in comes Lluis, the third member of the love triangle, making it difficult for the two young lovebirds. Oscar and Quique are trying to figure things out, and in comes Oscar's revenge-hungry mother, making life hard for Quique because she cannot believe that her son is a hard drug user. May and Rocio are trying to figure things out, but the strike has shown them who the other one really is, and they can't stand it, not to mention the third member in this relationship who is still growing inside May. The show is all about love, sex, and trying to be part of a family, and once in a while, it's also about medicine and patient care. Even though this show doesn't particularly care about the latter, the soap opera drama seems to be so delicious to write.
